Contract: Full-time, 30-40 hours/week (5 days over 7)

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up, or a Senior Sous Chef wanting to bring creativity and leadership to a supportive, growing business.

As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll:

  • Support the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Run services confidently, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Take the lead on daily specials, helping minimise waste and delight guests.
  • Assist with menu development, supplier management, and GP targets.
  • Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs, helping build a strong and skilled team.
  • Maintain our 5-star food hygiene standards and ensure allergen/H&S compliance.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be visible in the kitchen, leading by example and inspiring others with your standards and creativity.
