Join the Culinary Excellence at Grosvenor Square as our Sous Chef. As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, leading a talented brigade, and ensuring every dish reflects the highest standards of quality and creativity. Your passion for food, precision, and innovation will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service that delights our guests. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service, uphold rigorous hygiene standards, and maintain a well-organized, efficient kitchen environment.
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
