  • Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
  • Leading and inspiring junior chefs through training and mentorship
  • Engaging with guests at our bespoke snacks counter, delivering exceptional, interactive moments that showcase the kitchen’s creativity
  • Driving high standards in preparation, plating, and consistency
  • Managing ordering, suppliers, and stock control
  • Collaborating on new dishes and seasonal menu changes
  • Ensuring food safety, cost control, and sustainability practices are upheld
