Job Description Ensures all Halal standardized recipes are utilized and followed by all culinary team members, implements and executes all menus as directed. Adheres to all Halal standards and guidelines in preparation, and methods of production and maintains and sets sanitation, hygiene and safety standards. Monitors team productivity through training, coaching and mentoring. Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a luxury hotel and in Halal kitchen operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
