JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team at High House Weddings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to food safety. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring that high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.

  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
