Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Preparing menus as requested
- Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
- Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
- Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
- Assisting with inventory and HACCP management
- Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests
