Join Our Culinary Leadership Team as Sous Chef.
We are entering an exciting new chapter in our Culinary and Food & Beverage journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef and Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to guide our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation.
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. You’ll act as a role model for the team, mentoring junior chefs, contributing creative ideas, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all outlets and meal periods.

Every day is different but mostly you’ll be:

  • Responsible for leading and nurturing a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and aligned with IHG’s values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and service
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all outlets.
  • Mentor and develop culinary staff, inspiring creativity, fostering growth and skill development.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently while embracing change and new ideas.
