We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of inventory management, food production techniques, and menu planning.
  • Familiarity with dietary department practices and food service management is advantageous.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a passion for fine dining cuisine.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and service.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred; additional certifications in food safety are a plus.
