Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Hunstanton, Norfolk
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Tronc: £3,000 per annum
Hours: 4 days a week (option to work an extra day for an additional 20% pay)
Accommodation: Live-in provided

  • Experience in menu development and kitchen costing is desirable.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Maintain stock levels, manage deliveries, and minimise wastage.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service and support front-of-house staff when needed.
