Your day to day As the Sous Chef, you will assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single food & beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge. What we need from you We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. To be successful you will need: A minimum of 2 years’ chef experience in a hotel or resort environment The ability to problem solve & remain calm in busy periods Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and employees of the kitchen and other departments Ability to supervise 10 employees Great organization skill and ability to plan when multiple events happening at the same time.
