About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support the day-to-day leadership of our kitchen operations. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining the highest food quality standards, and leading a motivated team of culinary professionals. In this full-time role, you will oversee food preparation and service, assist with menu execution, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Your leadership skills, culinary expertise, and commitment to excellence will make you an integral part of our dynamic and professional Culinary Team.  What We Need From You: The ideal candidate will have: * 3–5 years’ culinary experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role (hotel experience highly desirable) * Strong experience across a variety of cooking techniques and kitchen operations * A Commercial Cookery qualification * Experience working with food safety systems such as HACCP * Demonstrated leadership and team development skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * A positive, hands-on attitude and ability to perform under pressure   You must also be able to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and hold valid Australian working rights.
