THE ROLE
As a Sous Chef, you’ll be the second-in-command, supporting the Head Chef in running a smooth, high-volume kitchen. You’ll cook authentic Indian dishes to exacting standards, ensure HACCP compliance, and keep the team motivated – all while working in one of London’s most modern delivery-only facilities.
