Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Sous Chef, you’ll be the second-in-command, supporting the Head Chef in running a smooth, high-volume kitchen. You’ll cook authentic Indian dishes to exacting standards, ensure HACCP compliance, and keep the team motivated – all while working in one of London’s most modern delivery-only facilities.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to grow with a brand that is scaling rapidly across London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and dispatch curries, biryanis, grills, and chaats with speed and consistency.
  • Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance at all times.
  • Support the Head Chef in running shifts and leading the kitchen team.
  • Keep high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in a 5 rated facility.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and reduce waste.
  • Mentor and train junior chefs to follow Patri’s recipes and systems.
