The Script As Sous Chef, you’ll be an essential part of our close-knit team. Working hand in hand with the Kitchen Chef, you’ll help recruit, train, and guide our talented Chef de Parties, ensuring the highest standards are met in every dish. You’ll oversee the smooth execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in our à la carte restaurant, where our open kitchen allows you to connect with guests through your craft. You’ll also have the chance to flex your creativity by designing custom menus for In-Room Dining and our intimate meeting rooms together with our Head Chef. With a sharp eye for detail, you maintain top hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), ensure mise-en-place is perfectly prepared, and keep the kitchen running smoothly by anticipating product needs. You are our perfect match if you have: ✅ A culinary degree from a reputable organization; ✅ At least three years of experience in an (open) kitchen within a comparable establishment; ✅ Experience in ordering, receiving, and preparing fresh ingredients; ✅ Availability to work both weekdays and weekends; ✅ Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts; ✅ Full-time availability (38 hours per week); ✅ Excellent skills in various cooking techniques and cuisines; ✅ Solid knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
