This is a salaried position for an Experienced Sous Chef who will offer our members and guests the very best quality in food preparation and plating in an array of dining outlets. Our scratch kitchen focuses on high-quality ingredients, (i.e. prime steaks, sustainable seafood, organic chicken) refined techniques, and consistent execution.
