SOUS CHEF, ITALIAN CUISINE – RELOCATE TO JAMAICA! – UP TO $35K

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Sous Chef who specialises in Italian Cuisine to join the culinary team at a modern luxury resort. The Italian Chef will oversee all Italian culinary operations on the resort, while taking a highly hands-on, floor-focused leadership role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expert in Italian Cuisine
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a resort/hotel setting
  • Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and creative food presentation.
  • Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide a team of 20 or fewer.
  • Proven ability to manage food costs, inventory, waste, and supply ordering.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations, with a hands-on approach
