Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in food preparation
