NORTH END TAPROOM IS HIRING FOR A SOUS CHEF
North End is a beer hall with a scratch kitchen featuring elevated bar food. We’re a small, tight-knit team looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen. This role goes beyond cooking — we want someone who can step in as an acting manager, assist with menu development, and help train and guide our staff.
We strive for a laid back but professional environment where everyone has room to grow. You should understand this is a job first, but also one where you can continue building your skills, take pride in your work, and contribute to the direction of the kitchen.
Depending on the day, you may be working solo or with a larger team and should feel comfortable in both settings. We are hiring for all days of the week and can be flexible on exact hours and schedule.
