We’re a locally owned, independent pizzeria opening this fall. We are looking for our next great addition to help us get to opening day and beyond. We are passionate about being a scratch kitchen, sourcing local and quality ingredients, and creating an experience our guests love. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who’s ready to grow with us and take pride in a hands-on, creative role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a professional kitchen (pizza or Italian experience is a plus)
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Strong leadership skills – able to train and inspire the team
  • Ability to handle prep, line, and assist with ordering/inventory
  • Reliable, organized, and cool under pressure
  • A passion for food and quality

  • Ensure consistency and quality on every plate and every pie
  • Assist in managing daily BOH operations
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
