JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and management, with experience in fine dining and catering environments. As the Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety while leading a team of culinary professionals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
  • Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and cost control measures.
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
