Lakeside Golf course has an exciting opportunity for full time sous chef to join our family run business as part of our hospitality team. A great opportunity for the right individual to learn and develop new skills and create new ideas for our successful award winning business. A busy friendly working environment where the ideal candidate will be working alongside our other experienced chefs. Ideal candidate must be flexible on shifts which are rota based .
Have a health and hygiene qualification. Good communication skills. Work as part of a team collaborating on menu’s and ideas. Organised and have the ability to stay calm under pressure. Stay on top of the general cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen. Good rates of pay depending on experience including tips.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
