Lead Chef

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead Chef to head up our small but busy kitchen. This role is ideal for a Sous Chef ready to step into a Head Chef position and take full ownership of a high-volume, quality-driven operation.The Role

• Lead and inspire a small team
• Full accountability for kitchen operations, including:

H&S COMPLIANCE

• Cost of sales (COS) and gross profit (GP) targets
• Dish execution using a recipe matrix
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive the business forward

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or above in a busy kitchen
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of kitchen financials, H&S, and compliance
• A team player who’s ready to take the next step
