Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards. Assist in supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, safety, and cleanliness. Manage food production for various service types including dine-in, catering, and banquet events. Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Support menu planning efforts by contributing ideas for new dishes or specials that align with culinary standards. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Lead shift management duties such as coordinating team schedules, ensuring timely service, and resolving operational issues efficiently. Experience Proven experience in a culinary role within fine dining or hospitality settings is essential. Prior supervisory or team management experience in a kitchen environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with banquet service, catering operations, and dietary department procedures adds value. Strong background in food production, inventory management, and kitchen organization. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry. Experience with menu planning, food handling, and restaurant management enhances your suitability for this role.
