We are a highly successful film set catering business established in 2020. We deliver meals to sets across London from our kitchen in Leyton, As demand has grown we have fitted out a new food truck which provides all day catering on set . With Plans to add more vehicles to the fleet and start exploring other catering avenues I am looking for a solid sous chef to come and run the kitchen and help grow the buisness . There is on site parking and we are a 10 min walk from Leyton Tube Station.

Our preferred applicants must have previous experience at Sous level, be reliable, committed and competent as duties will involve going out on the food truck to film sets and serving film set actors and crews as well as prepping food in the kitchen.

• Full Time, Normally Monday - Friday day shifts. Occasional weekend prep days
• Must be willing to work on some days on very early starts.
• A UK Driver license for driving the food truck/ support van would be a bonus but not essential
• Experience in writing menus & coming up with dishes as we are regulary changing the menus and adding new items.
• In addition to an excellent salary we offer cash incentives for early starts and over time.
