Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Sous Chef you’ll assist the head chef in our high-energy, high-volume kitchen, overseeing everything from menu execution to team development. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring every plate delivers on our brand promise and keeps guests coming back for more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs in a busy kitchen environment
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to brand specifications
  • Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations
  • Drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with management to evolve the menu and deliver seasonal specials
