OUR REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sous chef.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
· Experience with stocktaking, ordering, organising rotas and staff management preferred.
· Must have the right to work in the UK and be proficient in English.
