REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ACF Certified Sous Chef or culinary school graduate (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of high-volume cooking experience in a fine dining or hotel setting
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Strong culinary knowledge, food safety, and kitchen equipment handling
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 200 lbs
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff scheduling
  • Manage food safety, hygiene, and cost control
  • Oversee food prep, hot and cold line support, and plating standards
  • Handle ordering, receiving, and storage of ingredients
  • Train, evaluate, and support kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment
  • Collaborate with hotel events and internal meetings
  • Support opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned
