What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Menu Planning & Costings – Assist in creating seasonal menus and accurately costing each dish
  • Meal Prepping & Food Preparation – Ensure consistent quality and timely service
  • Food Storage & Safety – Maintain high standards of food hygiene and storage protocols
  • Creative Development – Bring new ideas to the table; we love innovation
  • Business & Brand Building – Help shape the culinary identity of our restaurant
  • Leadership – Lead a small kitchen brigade, manage prep and service, and mentor junior team members
  • Function Catering – Assist in planning and executing events and special functions

Who You Are:

  • Confident with various cooking techniques – from slow braises to quick sautés
  • A natural leader with strong team management skills
  • Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
  • Understands the balance between creativity and commercial kitchen operations
  • Deep knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Passionate about home-style, flavour-packed meals that feel comforting but taste unforgettable
  • Keen to learn, grow, and bring ideas to the table
