We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join the team at the prestigious Manchester Art Gallery. This role offers an excellent work life balance, with the majority of hours worked during the day, and only occasional evening shifts for planned functions such as weddings, corporate dinners, and canapé receptions.
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily running of the cafe, overseeing lunch events, and preparing and delivering high-quality menus for both daytime and evening functions.

• Assist the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
