As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the kitchen team and daily operations. Your role is vital in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your commitment to excellence and ability to motivate and develop team members will help drive the success of our kitchen operations.

The role would be best suited to an individual who can demonstrate:

  • Support for Business Improvement: Assist in driving continuous improvement within the kitchen operations, with effective prioritisation and decision-making skills.
  • People Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food and drink.
