We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at Llyods Banking Group.
Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head office – Birmingham City Central Location , B3 3SD
Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm , 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds office building.
Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table and daily office hospitality menus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus andorder necessary ingredients
