EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef. Michelin star experience highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional presentation and taste.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
