- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations of the restaurant
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and develop new menu items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
