Position: Full-time Sous Chef
San Vito Bakery is gearing up to open soon in the heart of Etobicoke! We’re a bakery focused on fresh, high-quality breads, pastries, and Italian specialties — all made with care and tradition. We’re building an incredible opening team and looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help bring it to life.

• Work alongside the Head Chef to prepare for opening day
• Assist with kitchen setup, recipe testing, and team training
• Lead daily kitchen operations once open, ensuring top quality and consistency
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and food prep schedules
