Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches and making sure you station is set and all prep is correct, by organizing the team to complete prep and ordering.. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each sandwich is made to perfection. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food preparation and cooking on a line.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting.

    Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
  • Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change during transactions.
    -Write and execute prep lists and ordering to ensure that the restaurant is always ready to operate.
