We are Pierre Victoire, a popular and busy 100 cover restaurant, open 7 days/week for lunch/dinner. Serving French cuisine, and cooking traditionally (here there will be no heatlamps, microwaves, boil in the bag readymeals! We cook traditionally and with love. We are full during peak periods - sometimes 300 covers on weekend (lunch&dinner).
We are seeking a sous chef that would thrive in our traditional kitchen.
This is a great role for someone with passion and competence that is looking make an impact,lead, direct and grow. It will have moments of intensity and stress -more than you might get at quiet restaurants. People love working here because this is traditional but creative cooking, and the restaurant is very much loved by our clients - making it always busy and exciting in the kitche.
