We run a group of 3 independent, family owned hospitality venues in the seaside town of Clevedon, including a Bottle Shop & Bar, a modern dining restaurant and a tapas restaurant (our latest venture).
We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef at our modern dining restaurant in Clevedon.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to come and work in a varied and stimulating role with plenty of opportunity for self-development and career progression. We are looking for a sous chef who is passionate and takes pride in their work, as well as being inventive, creative and clever with the menu. Ultimately we are seeking someone who will care about the restaurant as much as we do, and in whom we can place full trust in assisting with running the kitchen.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 year’s experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role. We would also consider candidates with 3-5 year’s experience as a Junior chef (or equivalent) and who are looking to take on their first Sous Chef role. Specific knowledge of, or an interest in, cooking fine dining food, although not essential.
Main duties of the job are those quite standard for a Sous Chef Role. We would encourage any prospective candidates to call us and have a chat about the role or arrange to come and see us in person.
