Sous Chef – Full Time
Position:- Full Time
Salary Range:- $70K - $85K
We are seeking experienced chef to join our clients at WA, Perth. It is 4 hrs drive to the from Perth Main City .
To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a busy pub kitchen, with minimum of 5 years plus experience in Aussie Pub food. Willing to every aspect of the kitchen work including dishes and cleaning .

Responsibilities:

  • Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
  • Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  • Preparing and cooking food
  • Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Kitchen staff
  • Demonstrating techniques
  • Enforcing hygiene regulations
  • May select and train staff
  • May freeze and preserve foods

Experience and Requirements:

  • Min 5 years experience
  • Experience training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking
