JOB SUMMARY

Regginas restaurant is looking for a skilled, passionate chef to join our team. With a basic salary of £30,000 working 45 hours/week across 5 days - this is in addition to a share of the tronc. We are committed to serving fine-dining food using only the freshest ingredients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a culinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Italian Cuisine and an array of cooking techniques and procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.

  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring that all culinary tasks are executed to the highest standards.

  • Run the pass and ensure dishes are prepared to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
