JOB DESCRIPTION
Lighthouse Camp Catering, a division of Aramark Remote Workplace Services are hiring for Sous Chef for a remote lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The Sous Chef will be supporting both the hands-on execution of daily food service and the leadership of kitchen operations. The role requires a highly adaptable culinary professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, capable of maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and team performance.
You’ll oversee the innovation and execution of solutions to keep our customers happy (and full). From start to finish, you’ll manage culinary preparation of food and will lead the final presentation on the meals that we’re proud to serve. QUALIFICATIONS
Requires at least 2 years’ experience in a related field
Requires 0-2 years’ experience in a management role
