Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for your next challenge in a fresh-food kitchen? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to support our Head Chef and help lead a dynamic and supportive kitchen team in Hinxton.What’s on Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
• Lead and inspire junior chefs, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Ensure all dishes are delivered to spec and in a timely manner
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and managing kitchen efficiencies
• Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, quality food and high standards
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• In-depth understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
