SOUS CHEF – HOSPITALITY CATERING

Location: Near Bank Station
Hours: 06:30 AM to 2:30 PM, including two to three evenings per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday only
Salary: £43,555 per year
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our hospitality catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, is passionate about food, and wants a better work-life balance with no weekend shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef role within a hospitality or contract catering environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • A genuine passion for food and presentation
  • Flexibility to work two to three evenings a week as part of a weekday schedule
Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high standards
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Manage stock and ordering where required
