We are seeking a passionate sous chef to be part of the opening team in our long established Italian restaurant. We are seeking someone whop really loves Italian food and takers pride in the dishes they produce.
We care about your personal development and will look to develop you to the next level. You will be provided with fully flexible working days and set rota’s for a work life balance.

Requirements:

• 1 years experience of cooking in a busy kitchen at Sous Chef level or similar
• A passion for food
• A team player who is happy to learn new skills
• Good knowledge of food safety although full training provided
