Behind every great dining experience is a great kitchen team, and we’re looking for a skilled and driven Sous Chef to help lead ours.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As Sous Chef, you will be the second-in-command in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in overseeing all culinary operations. From supervising food prep and managing service to training team members and maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency — you’ll be a key leader in ensuring Rio’s food is as unforgettable as the experience itself.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong kitchen professional with leadership experience who’s ready to step into a high-impact role within a high-energy, culturally rich restaurant.
