Santa Fe Tennis & Swim Club is searching for a mature and reliable Sous-Chef to assist our Head Chef in handling breakfast and lunch, occasional fine-dining dinners, and special events. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience and a food handling certificate.

SUMMARY

As Sous-Chef, you will be essential in supporting the kitchen team by preparing high-quality meals and ensuring food safety standards are met. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and knife skills will be vital in executing menu items efficiently. Your experience in the food industry and restaurant environment will enhance our culinary offerings. Additionally, familiarity with dietary needs and menu planning will be advantageous. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
