Your tasks:

You lead and motivate your team together with the other chefs.
They cook with passion and ensure compliance with our recipes and quality standards.
Together with your team, you will further develop existing and new recipes.
They optimize workflows and work together with management.
They ensure compliance with our hygiene and HACCP standards.
They represent the head chef in his absence

Your profile:

You have several years of professional experience as a cook, ideally already in a comparable position.
They enjoy taking on responsibility, leading a team, and motivating employees.
They are team-oriented, reliable, and maintain an overview even in work-intensive situations.
They have in-depth knowledge of kitchen organization and high quality standards.
They lead by example and, together with their team, ensure compliance with our standards.
