For our new location in Winterhude, we're currently assembling a warm and dedicated team that will transform traditional and modern cuisine into a truly special experience with passion and creativity. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef who will not only ensure the highest culinary quality but also contribute confidently and with strong organizational skills to the team.

For decades, the Schmidt Theaters have stood for first-class entertainment with a message – live entertainment that inspires, moves, and lets you forget your worries. With around 300 employees, we create unforgettable experiences every day, uniquely combining the stage and gastronomy. Now we're bringing this special Schmidt feeling to Winterhude at the Goldbekhaus!
