ABOUT YOU

You are a Trade Qualified Sous Chef with at least 4 years’ culinary service and hold the following qualifications and experience:

• Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (essential)
• Diploma Hospitality Management (desirable)
• HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Experience working in a hotel/resort (highly regarded)
