Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated & proactive experienced qualified Chef with high standards to join our dedicated team. As a full-time Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of our busy kitchens.

Applicants should have:

  • Creativity and passion for the industry
  • Very strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
  • Formal culinary training and qualifications, such as a certificate in commercial cookery
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively supervise and motivate kitchen staff
  • Stock and wastage control
  • Positive attitude and temperament
  • Minimum two years working as a qualified chef in a fine dining establishment
