The sous chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food for meals and special events, assisting with ordering, and accommodating residents' dietary needs as required.   REQUIREMENTS: * Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred * Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting * Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture * Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
