We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Seamill Hydro Hotel. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will play a key role in maintaining RAD Hotel Group’s culinary excellence while adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
